New Jersey Chapter Receives ACHCA Chapter Achievement Award

Alexandria, VA – April 15, 2013 – The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) is proud to recognize the New Jersey Chapter of ACHCA as a 2013 recipient of the ACHCA Chapter Achievement Award, which was presented during the Awards Luncheon at ACHCA’s 47th Annual Convocation and Exposition in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, April 13, 2013.

The prestigious Chapter Achievement Award recognizes a project developed by an ACHCA Chapter to address a member need or chapter objective. Preference is given to initiatives that support the mission of ACHCA and its strategic objectives.

The award winning activity was an initiative entitled “Chapter Leader Influence on the Long-Term Care Industry”.The New Jersey Chapter has grown to the second largest chapter in the country. They maintain strong relationships with their business partners, and are always at the forefront for education, volunteering and networking. Many of the members serve as preceptors and encourage students to pursue careers in long-term care. We are especially pleased to present this dynamic chapter with the Chapter Achievement Award in recognition of their accomplishment.
