Do you know a colleague who deserves special recognition?  To honor professionals who have excelled in the long-term care field, the New Jersey Chapter of ACHCA Awards Committee is now accepting nominations for Chapter  awards.  The awards will be presented during the annual meeting to be held on April 16th at the Masonic Home in Burlington, New Jersey.   

Please take a moment to review the eligibility requirements and give some thought to nominating someone for these annual awards.  It is an opportunity to honor a colleague who has excelled in the long-term care field.  It could possibly be someone who has introduced an innovative program that has had a positive impact on long-term care.   Click below for application and award criteria.
